Cindy takes and implements all the Chuck Hurd Team’s marketing including property listing coordination, newspaper, magazine, internet and unique campaign advertising projects created to suit our client’s individual needs.

Transaction & Closing Management:  

Cindy Hurd & Tara Winters handle the coordination with all parties including escrow, title, appraisal, termite, inspections, lender, buyer, seller, listing and buyer agents; a portion of the 32 + people to coordinate with a transaction.

CAR of which we are a member offer legal assistance for contract issues allowing us to phone an attorney on virtually any real estate issue. Additionally, our brokerage has legal counsel, Parker Stanbury, Los Angeles.
