Listing & Marketing Coordination:  

Cindy Gold, Licensed Assistant, is an absolutely invaluable coordinator in all aspects. Cindy takes and implements all the Chuck Hurd Team’s marketing including property listing coordination, newspaper, magazine, internet and unique campaign advertising projects created to suit our client’s individual needs.

Transaction & Closing Management:  

Chuck Hurd & Cindy Gold handle the coordination with all parties including escrow, title, appraisal, termite, inspections, lender, buyer, seller, listing and buyer agents; a portion of the 32 + people to coordinate with a transaction.

Prequalification is key to a smooth transaction closing. Having extensive lending background I handpicked these lenders and they have been exemplary in every way.

Title Representative:  

Kristy Passmore, Commonwealth Title helps implement and communicate our aggressive marketing techniques that will generate activity on your home or business. He reviews each Property Profile and Title request on a property to ensure all deeds and records are in proper order. Barbara's commitment to his job and our clients has proven to be 2nd to none.

Legal:  

CAR of which we are a member offer legal assistance for contract issues allowing us to phone an attorney on virtually any real estate issue. Additionally, our brokerage has legal affiliation and a Errors and Omissions policy in place.
