Cindy Hurd, Licensed Broker, is an absolutely invaluable coordinator in all aspects. Cindy takes and implements all the Chuck Hurd Team’s marketing including property listing coordination, newspaper, magazine, internet and unique campaign advertising projects created to suit our client’s individual needs.

Transaction & Closing Management:  

Chuck Hurd & Cindy Hurd handle the coordination with all parties including escrow, title, appraisal, termite, inspections, lender, buyer, seller, listing and buyer agents; a portion of the 32 + people to coordinate with a transaction.

CAR of which we are a member offer legal assistance for contract issues allowing us to phone an attorney on virtually any real estate issue. Additionally, our brokerage has legal counsel, Parker Stanbury, Los Angeles.
